FREE Pickup and Delivery

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to have a piece framed?
A typical framing order takes about two weeks to complete. Larger orders, shadowboxes, and other labor-intensive pieces take anywhere from 3-5 weeks.
Will my artwork be safe?
Yes, we take great care of your pieces and all framing work is done within the company. We do transport your artwork carefully to our production facility located in just down the road in Michigan City.
I can't make it in to drop off my artwork. Can you pick it up for me?
Yes, SFC Gallery offers free pickup and delivery to most of NW Indiana and Michigan City. Please call to schedule a pickup date and speak to one of our designers to assist you with your project.
Can you install my artwork after it's framed?
Unfortunately, SFC Gallery does NOT provide installation services at this time. However, we are happy to refer you to installers we have worked with in the past. All of our work has hardware so that it is ready to hang.
I just want a simple frame for my poster. Do you have any specials for basic frames?
Yes! We offer both a poster special and a document special up to certain sizes. Call us today to see if your project qualifies.
Do you give discounts for working artists?
Yes! We are proud to offer our local artists discounted prices on their framing and printing needs.
